Welcome to the home of Martha's Vineyard United

0001
All of us from MV United would like to just say hello and hope everyone is doing well and enjoying this beautiful weather. We have touched based in several weeks and just felt like we should be, even though we are not playing soccer, keeping you apprised of what we know.  Our Board met a few weeks ago and we are patiently waiting on recommendations from our governor and Mass Youth Soccer Association. Here's what we know:
  1. There are plans for the return to play in the coming weeks. MV United will most likely not be participating or holding any soccer-related activities, but it is hopeful knowing that there will be allowances for kids to return to athletic fields to play in some fashion or another.
  2. We will open registration for the Fall 2020 and following the Spring season of 2021. Again, we are patiently waiting for some guidance and once we get that guidance we will open registration for Recreation, Island League, and Spring Travel.
Our recommendation is to plan on playing soccer this Fall and following Spring. What this means is that you should budget appropriately and perhaps start thinking about your comfort level with your child playing.  We know that it is difficult to consider because there is so much unknown.  What we hope to do is find out how many families and players will be available for the Fall and Spring season so we can start to make preliminary plans.
Again, if you have any questions, concerns, or ideas please do not hesitate to share them with us. We want to do what is best and value your input and feedback.
Thank you from all of us at MV United.

Our Travel Program is a competitive league for 5th - 12th grades. Teams play games home and off island.

What Martha's Vineyard United Soccer is all about

We've outlined a clear player development pathway providing soccer to the youth of Martha's Vineyard.

We are a non-profit organization solely run by volunteers. We have 400 kids participate in our programs.

All of our programs offer an opportunity for players at all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned veteran's.

We work under the guidelines of the Mass. Youth Soccer and their Safe Soccer platform.
